We offer a 14-day return policy for all jewelry purchased from our website. To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original condition. Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
To return jewelry, please fill out the Request Refund Form within 14-days of purchase. You will then need to ship the jewelry back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the jewelry, we will inspect and verify the condition of the item and issue a refund to the original form of payment.
There are a few exceptions to our return policy:
- We do not issue refunds on jewelry that is not sent back to us.
- We do not accept returns on jewelry that is marked “final sale.”
- We do not accept returns on jewelry that has been damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Things to keep in mind:
- We only accept exchanges when you are requesting the same item in a different size, color, or finish.
- If exchange items arrive damaged, you will be charged for the replacement.
- If an item is more expensive than the original purchase, you will be charged for the difference.
- If an item costs less than your original purchase, you will be issued a refund for the difference.
- We will not refund shipping and handling costs, and you are responsible for covering shipping of the exchanged item.
