5. Shipping and Returns
Lea Loren Concepts LLC offers does not offer free shipping. Orders typically ship within 7 business days.
Lea Loren Concepts LLC offers a return and exchange policy on all items. To return or exchange an item, please read through our Returns and Exchanges page located in our footer. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and in new condition to receive a full refund.
6. Wholesale Users
If you are a wholesale user, you must agree to the following additional terms:
- You must have an approved login to access our wholesale prices.
- You will maintain the minimum order quantity (MOQ), of 5 per product, which is set by Lea Loren Concepts.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of Lea Loren Concepts products.
6.a Exclusivity of Sales
The right to use the company name “Lea Loren” including any logos, trademarks, service marks, or other branding associated therewith, is granted to the Retailer choosing to accept this agreement, solely for the purpose of selling the Products under this Agreement and only during an active business relationship. Retailer acknowledges that the Name is the exclusive property of Lea Loren Concepts LLC and agrees not to use the Name for any other purpose or in any other manner. If you are purchasing a Counter Display and/or using the Company Name and Brand for sales, please read the following:
- Products. Lea Loren grants Retailer a non-exclusive right to sell the Company’s Jewelry Products. The Retailer agrees to purchase Products solely from Lea Loren and will not offer for sale or sell any other jewelry products under the Company name or brand that are not obtained directly from Lea Loren. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
- Brand Protection. Retailer acknowledges that the Brand is a valuable asset of Lea Loren and agrees to use its best efforts to protect and maintain the goodwill associated with the Brand. Retailer agrees not to do anything that would disparage or tarnish the Brand. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
- Severing Ties. Following the termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Retailer shall immediately cease all use of the Name and shall take all reasonable steps to remove the Name from any and all marketing materials, signage, websites, and other locations where it may be displayed. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
- Counter Display: The Retailer accepts that the Lea Loren Counter Display is exclusively designed for Lea Loren Jewelry, and may only display jewelry/products purchased from Lea Loren Concepts LLC. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
7. Termination
Lea Loren Concepts LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lea Loren Concepts LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Website and the products and services offered on the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lea Loren Concepts LLC is not liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Website or the products and services offered on the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
